This is the website of the Timmons Family. Our family lives in Thailand, a wonderful tropical country in Southeast Asia.
Our website is located at www.apichet.com. Who or what is Apichet? Apichet is the Thai name that was given to me by my classmates at Sasin Graduate Institute, Chulalongkorn University in 2000 (the Thai year 2543). Like many Thai names, Apichet is derived from the Pali language. It literally means "Big (or Great) Brother". To the Thai ear, it also sounds very similar to the English word "Appreciate". My classmates honored me with this name because they said that "you are like our big brother and we appreciate you so much." They touched my heart, and I have held onto the name ever since.
